1. Morning (7 AM - 11 AM):

• Take short breaks using the Pomodoro technique (25 minutes work, 5 minutes break).
2. Midday (11 AM - 2 PM):
• Light Reading/Notes Review: Revise class notes or study materials from the past week.
• Lunch and Relaxation (1 hour): Recharge with a healthy meal.
